I have come home
A place my giggles languish
And hums lullaby rhymes
My memories remain placid
Unblemished and unstirred
Longing for that one touch
That sent ripples down the alley
Where childhood dreams perch
I may have grown a modern man
But when dreams go dry
And draw beyond my reach
I return to this place
Where my giggles languish
Where dreams flow free
A place I call home
Where ever I may roam
