Its You And Only You Poem by Durgapuri Babu

Its You And Only You

Growing Old So Called 'Gracefully',
Wearing Dresses So Called 'Sense fully',
Waiting To Get Marks (? ! ! !) From The Others,
Who..? Its You And Only You.

Always Running To Fulfil Others Dreams,
Letting Them Only, To Eat The Creams,
For 'Self' Retained Only The Screams,
Who..? Its You And Only You.

Sometimes Like 'An Obedient Son' Of A ‘Father,
Sometimes Like The Same Of ‘The Proud Mother‘,
Sometimes Like 'A Loyal Spouse' Of In-Law's ‘Daughter', &
Living Like An Identity-less Creature,
Who..? Its You And Only You.

Day By Day Exploiting Own self,
Sometimes For The Family & Sly Neighbor,
Sometimes For The Boss's Artificial Favor,
Who..? Its You And Only You.

Sometimes For The Sweet (?) Girlfriend,
Sometimes For The Selfish Relatives,
Expending Continuously, 'Self Possessed Positives',
Who..? Its You And Only You.

After Failing To Meet Owns Goal,
Lost Everything But ‘An Empty Bowl'
Crying With A Breached And Bruised Soul,
Who..? Its You And Only You.

Under The Broken Marbles Yet-
With An Well Decorated (Self-Written) Epitaph,
Lying Inside The Coffin & Draped Carelessly In Rags,
Who..? Its You And Only You.
