Janelle Janelle Poem by Nicholas Smith

Janelle Janelle

Janelle Janelle
Let's talk as hours swell
beauty in your heart I realize well
That he hurt you but I'm here to ensure it'll never happen again

Janelle Janelle
don't listen to your friends explain as they begin to rant on and spin the truth and create lies saying 'he's not that good of a guy, girl they all the same.'
Rage comes upon my brain as such inane comments are spoken from one who knows nothing.
Nothing about me nothing about what we could make happen.

Janelle Janelle
This could be something better than your past relationships your bad relationships where all he did was mistreat you.
Leave your loving heart for another females inner parts.
Then coming back smiling after he commited his sin saying 'baby forgive me let's love again'

That's not me; reading this you probably like 'nigga please' because of all the broken promises and empty dreams.
But see I am a king and I know how to treat my queen not just try and get in between and leave
I'll hug you from behind and surprise
Turn you around and watch that beautiful smile rise like the sun
Kiss you and ask 'will you be my one? 'Show me all the things no girl has ever done? '
Good cause I need that. Just like you need me even if you can't see
Won't promise a happy ever after but I can promise you this
Janelle Janelle
you're a beautiful bliss..
