You were there all alone
Your face seemed to moan
There was a tear in your eye
So I'd thought I'd try
A smile started to appear
The moment I was coming near
So I asked you to dance
You thought you take a chance
Because you felt it too

Jesus brought me to you

There was no angel at night

Sometime God has a plan
Though we may not understand
Everything in the world
Still we can be heroes
It's don't take much
Maybe a smile or friendly touch
To show someone you care
If they need you, well you be there
Broken hearts you can mend

Yes you can be their friend
