When demons caught me by my neck almost,
And tried to strangle me to death somehow,
The Lord rescued me from the very worst,
Because of my strong faith in Him and love!

The Holy Spirit spoke and guided me;
The timely wisdom came from Lord above;
The pertinent queries fell harmlessly;
With God’s help soon, I turned the tables now.

With God beside, no one can harm the least;
Success will come, no matter how things go;
’Tis God who wages war against the Beast;
Christ is the vine and each Christian, a bough!

The Father tends the garden with love, care;
The vine bears fruits aplenty; nev’r goes bare!
