Jesus Unveiled Poem by Michael P. Johnson

Jesus Unveiled

Nothing's as good as with Jesus
Living, walking in light
Though not always will He please us
We'll know He's always right

We'll sit, ponder, deliberate
We'll rant and rave somehow
However long we contemplate
Jesus, is never wrong

Awesome, needless, faultless, supreme
Never will Jesus fail
Not even one's wildest dream
Christ's radiance can pale

Is this! not the one who ought to guide
Through oceans deep and fire
One's innermost secrets confide
Always to admire

This! yes this! is God's living Son
Who on the wind can ride
Through whom, life eternal is won
Who'll rally to His side

Who'll trust this life, for a promise
The oath, The Lord God gave
With me and once, doubting Thomas
Escape both hell and grave

This is the truth, and not a story
Life's facts man needs to see
Hand in hand with Heaven's Glory
Once on Golgotha's tree

Who'll join with me, with open eyes
Who's ears have heard God's voice
Faithful, knowing, no true Christian dies
Who've made Christ Jesus, their choice.....
