Art thou just a word to say?
Will I discover thou today?
The journey seems so long
It’s easier for one to go wrong
But there is a way-
For one has to stay focus and strong

So troubled is the mind
Eventually peace is what I must find
Be truthful, honest and sincere
Beware as temptations, attachments and desires can deter
They say have patience, be humble and kind
Help the poor, the needy and the blind
Learn to love, for it is great
Dispel the negative and the hate

Feel the power for it is there
It’s in every creation everywhere
God made with many a reason
All of nature and the season

I want to discover the reason I’m here
To do the right thing and not live in fear
So when I say a prayer
I say I love thy God
But I got to realize -
The greatness of the meaning of the word God.
If I cannot it will stay a word
If I can, I will be a happy man
