Just A Vile Woman Poem by Matt Mercer

Just A Vile Woman

Evil's grin
It's among you
Trapped within

Black eyes stare on through
Heart crushed
Eyes still stare
Straight on through

Hello?
Goodbye?

Maybe a smile?
Maybe a try?
Nothing to show?

Stab to the back
Thrown up high
Pinned down low

Kicked hard
Black eyes
Still staring through
There's a dark side
No doubt
That's true

A memory stained
Love restrained
Pit of hell
Never tell
A soul to bargain
A soul to sell

You are
You are not
Shadow's perform
Under the storm

A thank you?
No thank you
No
Not from from these black eyes.
(... deceitful lies ...)
They stare on through
