Just Goodbye Poem by Mench Mansigue

Crying once…but the tears gone!
Moving twice, like a heart that says goodbye.
Saying “okay” even if it’s hurting inside,
Feeling so alone and no one to lean on.

It’s hard on my part to say I’ll depart
But I guess I need to say this…I’m alright!
'though deep in my heart, it’s really, really hurt!
What’s in my mind now is…
Never gonna do this…never gonna do that…
Before leaving this feeling ‘though my heart is aching!

I really need to move on, same as you,
Just go on
But just for you to know this,
I am here, love you still.
And if someday you when needed me,
I will be sorry…I can’t reach you anyway.

Saying goodbye for those tears “I will try”.
I know it’s really hard, but don’t ask me why?
I know you’re hurt, the same as I am,
But I believe in the end, when we see somewhere there
We'll both understand why we need to say…
