Just Me Poem by Diane Wright

Just Me

Rating: 5.0

Just Me…..
Who is looking at you in love
Who sees your beautiful heart
Who holds you close to me
And prays we’ll never part.

Just Me……
Who hangs on your every word
Who wants you in my sight
Who dreams of a long church aisle
Praying we’ll soon be man and wife.

Just Me…….
Who loves to say your name
Who calls only to hear your voice
Dreaming of my fingers in your hair
And my lips on yours, so moist.

Just Me…..
Waiting, hoping and praying
That you will soon agree
To tie the marriage knot
Until then…………………..IT’S JUST ME

Funny! As you posted this I was writing This Man Remains! Must be something in the air today! It's good to hear someone else doesn't think marriage is dead.
