Just one day I know that a lover I will find
someone with which fate will bind
a girl who will truly be in love with me
the one I've been waiting for, for all eternity

An angel with whom my heart will match
and immediately my heart she'll snatch
yes when I see her standing at my heart's door
I'll immediately identify her as the dream I've always been waiting for

I'm waiting for, I always will
I love her yet, I don't know her still
I'll keep on searching everyday
till in my heart she comes to stay

And when she comes knocking, I won't ask why
I'll hold her by her hand and together we will fly
together we will live side by side
and treasure the love that lives inside

Somewhere out there I know for me she's waiting
her picture in my mind, a beatiful painting
I'm hoping to love to show me the sign
and painfully she's longing for the day she's finally mine!
