Kingussie Poem by Michael Cochrane

Kingussie

A place of tranquility now, at peace. In 1745 the redcoats barracks on the hilltop is covered by ice and blood on the snow. The Jacobite rebellion was crushed by England's armies the brave highlanders are never forgotten.
