Kiss Poem by Kivi Kocher

Kiss

A kiss is not a kiss
Without a sigh
Thinking of you is no doubt
Every second passes by
The feelings in the heart
For you are always high
The desire to have you
Burning day and night
Is shooting to the sky
Because I love you
I never wondered why
I will remain this way
And better until I die
Here a kiss and you better sigh
You always make me happy
You never been snappy
Your jokes always funny
Whether about me or a bunny
Because your are as sweet as honey
I will laugh even if they say
It is dark when is actually sunny
Life is good
Laugh we should
Kisses are nice
Especially to the wife
Who is apple of my eyes
When I look at her in the eye
I see myself in the paradise
I don’t need another world
Without her in my sight
Forever I promised to be
Together so close so tight
When I hear her voice
My ears say that was the right choice
When I feel her body next to me
That is where I always want to be
Feelings in the heart melt
In my heart she dwelt
When my lips press on hers
Millions of things spring into the mind
Who cares
As long as I hear her sigh
I will stay and for that I will die
Kiss is not a kiss without her sigh

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Dedicated to my wife who I love so much. When you love someone everything is nice about them, even their trivial jokes are funny to you. Your feelings for them can't be described, it can only be felt and not many people are lucky enough to experience to feel it.
