'Kitty And The Wolf' Poem by Wolfie Scott

'Kitty And The Wolf'

Kitty ran away from the wolf.
Who chased him far from she.
'Rawr' said the small black wolf.
So the Kitty did flee.

The farther he ran, the more she cried.
Stopping for he ran up a tree.
The Kitty wouldn't come down no matter how hard she tried.
She wanted more than just to make him see.

The wolf waited all night and waited all day.
But 'come down' the Kitty would not do.
So she gave up and thew her life away.
Last thing she did was howl out 'I love you.'
