Lady Melati Poem by tomisin eshton

Lady Melati

Rating: 0.5

clad in lonely wears,
I desire to be held.
the thoughts of empty sheets,
slows my beat till it cease.
all day I spend in a chair;
the thoughts of not been near a fair,
brings me to my despair.
a frail cold skin that shed.
.
.
The touch that strikes chord,
the melodious whisper,
that soothing voice like morning breeze,
the fierce battle of lips,
that empties my wind pipe
and the secret intimacy
that lives you with explosive ecstasy.
memories are the last I have of her life.
.
.
melati ceased to exist
like waves rise and fall
burying beneath it many
I have dug the soil
and buried my love
for like a plague
hades took my treasure
and left me to the vulture
