Last Dance Poem by Reed Dietiker

Last Dance

Rating: 5.0

I like to watch the moon peak in
Through my window at night
I'll watch it till the dawn of light
Wake up and it's hard to see

Cuz your with him instead of me
Walk around hiding the pain
Go to bed feeling the same
Put a smile on and make it through

And no one bothers to ask how I do
When it should be you
It sucks when it never lasts
So lets go slow instead of fast

I wont ask for a chance
Im no beggar
So give me this last dance
Since Im no better
