Last Words Poem by Okello Baloyi

Last Words

Death has anyhow been my next step, been knocking them wrong doors left and right, life has never been good to all of us, my struggles were hidden by big smiles I gave to anyone. Damn, I probably lived my life on fast lane, tryna escape the bullets which were meant for me.

In case you don't believe that I'm gone, this is the only pathway of life, be happy I graduated life than being considerate to everything I touched, so many questions? Well, I'd love to answer them but remember the dead can't speak.

At least, I won't have to worry about life's problems or which side of the bed I woke up from, but if there's really life after death, we assumably to meet somehow, I wish you understand that everything has it's time and I am in the past now
