Late Night Eyes Poem by Jarvis Heastie

Late Night Eyes

Rating: 4.5

The night gets late and your eyes begin to set, Unlike the morning sunrise in the east, your eyes are nightly drifting west. They try to fight the darkness, but it just overshadows the view, so they just wonder around in the darkness without having a clue. Little did the eyes know, the mind and body was sleep, The eyes were up late on R.E.M.(Rapid Eye Movement) Streak. Then suddenly the eyes seen light, so they figured enough rest, it's time to head east and depart from the confusing west.
