Laughter



Few disturbed her along the dark lane.
Her colleague saved her dignity.
He became her trustworthy friend.
As he was out of caste, he was not accepted by her family.
She hugged him and told,
'I can never trust any other man as I trust you'.
Her father chose a suitable match for her.
She got married.
On the first night she was shaken by laughter of the new man.
Once she heard the same in the dark lane
but his face was covered with a mask....
