Lavender Kisses Poem by neo riddick

Lavender Kisses

Rating: 4.9

In the middle of the house is the 'forbidden room'
a, k.a. the kitchen
i had a moment of weakness
expected
my empty belly screamed and howled
so much to offer me
soda, chips, soup, breads
like a market in there
i gave in
shoveling food into my mouth like an animal
belly is so full, body is bloated
i ran
opened the door to my room
and there is my friend MIA
whispering in my ear
she says, come on my child
you know the rules
i sat down in my chair, placed the trash can in front of me
leaning over, hair tied back
all i consumed was given back
and i was covered in her lavender kisses
