as i fall
let me be
once and for all

as i'm falling
you don't understand
why you couldn't see
that i needed a helping hand

all i ever wanted
was to here the call
of the angel trying
to break my fall

and now i know
the angel was you
so now i'm falling
down to you

you stand there ready
to catch me now
and all i can do
is wonder how

how can you stand there
and try to save me
