Have the strong desire to move on; be very bullish.
Struggle and fight for every battle; don't be sluggish.
Have a positive outlook and do not be selfish.
Go on; aim high and deliver a real strong finish!

Act on your ambitions, even if things are stormy.
Step up and aim for higher level of hierarchy.
Just pursue all your big dreams and shape your destiny.
