Leaves Poem by Jujutshu Kumar Deb

Leaves

Silently the leaves crawl
In the garden
And curl in a corner,
Rain falls
And darkness gropes
Close fisted thunder slams
And rumbles
Lightening strikes
And dismantles each object into a halo
The wind whispers and creaks and swishes
Ghosts arise and yawn
Searching for redemption.
