Nikolaus Franz Niembsch Edler von Strehlenau

(25 August 1802 - 22 August 1850 / Schadat)

Lenz - Poem by Nikolaus Franz Niembsch Edler von Strehlenau

Die Bäume blühn,
Die Vöglein singen,
Die Wiesen bringen
Ihr erstes Grün.

Schier tuts mir leid,
Zu treten die Erden
Und ihr zu gefährden
Ihr neues Kleid.

Sie hat nicht acht,
Ob Knospenspringen
Und Frühlingssingen
Mich traurig macht.
