You said we can fix this,
I'm not so sure,
You said we can work,
I'm not so sure,
You said you can make me smile,
I'm not so sure,
You said we're made for each other,
I'm not so sure,
Everything you have brought to my attention
Seams leass than perfect,
Everything you have said to me
Seams short of real,
Do not forget who you are,
Do not forget who I am,
There may be something written in the stars,
But for now my feet are planted firmly on the ground.
