Let Go To Build Anew
by: Rosshel Abong

Do you have bad habits you hold onto?
Do you know what it brought to you?
Is it something that makes you glad?
And, when you let go you'll feel bad?

Does it make you be content?
Or, will lead you to regret in the end.
Life has a lot to offer
If you mind to take good care.

Today, it's easier to compare
In just one click you'll be there
But, can you bear it any longer?
No dear, you'll end it and prevail.

To conquer it may not be easy
But, haven't you know?
Jesus will lead the way.
You can do it, you can make it.
Don't dwell on those things that you can't get any benefit.

It may be tough,
For the process may be rough
Likewise holding to it isn't enough
Just don't worry
You can conquer it triumphantly

Let go and let God
Leave it behind and don't feel sad.
You can alter it to something positive
A productive one, making life worth living.

You can do all for your betterment
Even if it's a lifelong investment
It's not a habit worth embracing
Much more it's not rewarding

Why not let go?
You can't bear it through
I promise you, it's not yet too late to get rid of it
You have still a chance, and time to build anew.
Something that you'll not regret.
Cause it doesn't put your mind, body, and soul to be in threat.
