Let It Pass - Poem by David Cuff

Hate
I must live with it
Now and forever
Let my disease pass
I will fight
Anyone that crosses my path
Going up against life
Rather be blessed with death
My brain is rotting
My soul is disappearing
Eternal life is what I'm fearing
Living depressed
Dying relieved
Pleased to be gone
I will not fight anymore
