Let go, spread your wings
Look up at the beautiful sky blue clouds
See the birds in the air
And the fish of the sea that pass through
The paths of the seas

You are loved by the Lord Jesus
Let love in your heart

I will love you, O Lord my strength
The Lord is my rock
And my deliverer; my Lord, my
Strength, in whom I will trust; my
Shield and the horn of my salvation,
My stronghold

If you are angry, depressed, stressed or sad
Look up and ask the Lord for guidance

Don’t take your anger or pain out on another
But ask for help

Don’t be afraid to let love in your heart
Because I know I’m not afraid
