Let Me Steal Poem by Bamukunda Hillary

Let Me Steal

*
Leave alone the whispers
Listen not to the romours
I know they tell you
They must deceive you
So as to bewitch you
And Like thunder,
They shudder
You are beautiful! ,
Who knows the beauty?
Mind them not as I steal a glance
Serve them ears as you cook me eyes.
*
Hallo!
Please burry the principles
Let's open a new book
I know they tell you
Their words are sweet
Extremely delicious
Your ears must salivate
Perchance I havent talked yet.
*
Baby!
Are you listening?
Am still here
Do you not understand?
All men are not the same.
I don't need anything for you
But just,
Just,
Steal a glance from you.
