Letting Go Poem by Katheryn Foley

This love is burning me up inside,

I want to say I love you but the words just cause me pain,

I used to feel on top of the world, but now I just feel unheard,

it always feels right when you fall in love but now I have fallen deep,

I feel stuck. love is an illusion when your feet are stuck to the ground,

you have no way out the words you speak mean nothing to the one your trying to get through to.

I know I will break your heart but the pain in mine is unraveling,

and your not helping me sew it back together I love you but its time to let go

I hope you understand all that I know.
