Leviticus 19 Poem by Virginia M. Mitchell

Leviticus 19

Quiet-then 'The Thing' strikes again
the mind is a mixing bowl
Sort out sights, words and whispers

'You shall not deal deceitfully with one another
You shall not insult the deaf,
or place a stumblin block before the blind
You shall fear your God. I am the Lord.'
