Liberty.... Poem by hanadi zahra

Liberty....

Rating: 4.0

U look at me n call me oppressed simply bc of da way I'm dressed.
U knw me nt for wats inside u judge da clothin I wear wit pride.
My body's nt for ur eyes u must speak to my feminine mold,
I'm no mans slave its Allah's pleasure who I only crave.
I have a voice so it will be heard for in my heart I carry his words: o ya women wrap ur cloak so u wnt be bothered by ignorant folks. Man dnt tell me how to dress its a law from God dat I obay. Oppressed is somethin I'm truly nt for liberation is wat I've got. It was givin to many yrs ago wit da right to prosper the right to grow. I cn climb mountains or cross seas. Expand my mind in all degrees. For God himself gave us LIBERTY wen he sent Islam to u n me.
