Life Poem by Navya Tuli

Life

When you waste food,
Think if you're really good.
The advice may seem old,
But it's worth as precious as gold!

We ignorantly toss food into the bin
but devote time and think that we're doing a sin.
Think of the innocent eyes of each hungry child on Earth,
This food wastage has caused them to be illiterate.

So don't waste this important source,
Or the death rate of starving children will be more coarse
So finish your food, cooked or uncooked,
Then blessings in your lifeline will be hooked!

Young, old, and everyone please stop being idle,
It is time to utilize the concept of reduce, reuse, and recycle.
So, whenever you leave some food on your plate
Remember who stands starved at your gate.
