Life And Nature Poem by Akinwale Peace

Life And Nature

'S life not artificial to 'man nature
and sweetness more to b'tter hope that despairs?
's the season of light not once of darkness
that my 'tention you drawn isn't of you?
what is in thy breath, life, what is thy breath'ng?
that they is happy; she who 's beautiful
yet knows not life 's beautiful being ugly;
whence said of it that it is, that life is
a garden with beautiful roses ev'n
as a clear mud is, and oh! what would say
that something is nothing just as it is
and if we see a great future before
her chest, we'll need a hand to ascend, to stand
and it is clear that is near us so dear —
yea, life is. we can give a male entrance
and cry lightly in the dark. life is the
smile that makes you catch a last bus in time
because we hope in despair too, we do.
and life 's a rainbow shell of long shadow
that scurries from th' beginning of an end.
if life isn't a fleeting time, what will?
ev'rything lasts 'ever because they're nothing
yet this man's life is forever nature,
is it not? methink it is. so it lasts.
life is artificial to man nature
and nature is artificial to man.
