Love will never forget. (Kyrielle poem 5)
You've tasted the cold bitter snow
And from you the stars turn too glow;
You've rent our shadows to the moon-
As thousands sleep beneath hot noon.
Thought I could go on bear'ng the loss,
My heart is wild to bear your cross;
Wish ticks could tick back to the moon-
As thousands sleep beneath hot noon.
I feel your presence when alone,
Within you stars rise and fell lone;
But you had forgotten our tune-
As thousands sleep beneath hot noon
I hold the tears back but I cry;
Red eyes, wild heart; falls apart while
you rest beneath the sky of noon-
As thousands sleep beneath hot noon.
Love ne'er forget you'd walked away,
Ne'er too soon, ne'er too late to say;
Love is a stone that loose at moon-
As thousands sleep beneath the noon.
