Life Goes On Poem by Abdullah Salaam

the wind blows ever so gently
whispering your name to all ears
as i look from up above
i see you walking alone
the tears stream down your cheeks but you never look behind
which is a sign that you have moved on
because for eternity we have been bound
by the never ending love that has become
only the shadow follows you now
i have gone to a better place but the tears are pouring
disguised as rain..
the heart bears so much of pain
the eye seeks so much lust
neither the heaven nor the hell
give me a chance to live another day
coz at the end of the day everything
shall be equal to what has been done
