Life Insurance

“God’s locked the door our time has gone”
What if these words were true
Would you be with The Righteous One
Is Christ alive in you

If not right now it’s time to rise
It’s time to seek God’s face
It’s time for you to realise
That hell is not our place

We seek insurance for our car
Our house and thing we see
But what about The Morning Star
Have we His guarantee

Our risk without is far too high
In fact it’s less than nil
If you my friend today should die
Would you be in God’s will

We need protection night and day
That only Christ can give
Covered in Jesus all the way
Insures that we’ll live

God’s peace is mine my sleep is sweet
My life’s in Jesus’ hand
I’m so secure at Jesus’ feet
The world must understand

For me, there’s no surprise in store
Whatever life yet brings
I know my death is just the door
Eternity begins

So now I ask again my friend
Is everything all right
Can you in truth foresee the end
And say your future’s bright
