'Life's like that.'
Someone told me before,
this phrase of nothingness,
yet speaks for itself,
that left me in wonder.
He asked me not to,
else we won't know,
the pleasure that comes to glow,
in our light-hearted steps,
the joy that springs forward,
from the bliss of ignorance.
indulge and we shall fully reap,
the seeds of hope that we sow,
and life's like that,
He told me so.
