Life's Troubles Poem by Dennis Field

When the trouble of life get's you down,
turn around and look about you,
life is full of up's and downs,
look at all the up's,
chase away the downs.

Nature is a wonderful thing,
it has a way of controlling things,
we should do the same,
control our moods,
look at all the good things,
keep the bad out.

A full life comes from happiness,
not misery and pain,
so grab happiness with both hands,
run all the way with it,
it will take you to new high's,
not so many lows,
just to keep away the blues,
live life to the full,
with happiness to us all.
