Life's Victory Reviewed

LIFE'S VICTORY REVIEWED
Only Carob-beans and honey
In hairy robes was clothed
Not seeking nor spending money
Hell's shamefulness he loathed

Was he the one man, awaited?
The One forgiving sin?
The Prophet anticipated
To bring salvation in

Israel's promised Messiah
Heaven's Promise One sent
For Israel to enquire
How sin they should repent

Yochanan was not the right One
Though prophet true was he
Not The Christ, not God's only Son
Sent, to set sinners free

Yeshua Hamashiach by name
Born to a virgin maid
To liberate from She'ol's flame
Planned through death, to invade

Now Heaven's King, from death risen
God's Glory Lord of all
Delivers from hell's prison
Devils have caused to fall

Life's pattern God set, blood fulfilled
Through Life's true Crimson Flow
Exact as Christ's Father God willed
Two thousand years ago

Will you, today seek Jesus now
As I have done before
Believe God's Christ, at His feet bow
Trust Jesus, Life's living Door.....
