Life Won'T Lose It's Touch Poem by Jacqueline Dougherty

Life Won'T Lose It's Touch

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes things don't go as well as planned
and they don't uphold to your time's demand

Thanks to this all things fall through fast
the fragile paper holding, just did not last

Yet the problem has commenced and its hard
to keep up and still be held in high regard

Once you break, you are no more
and stuck behind in blinding dolor

The once good feelings are gone, evaporated
the hurt is now here and you feel emaciated

So why are you so troubled and tired?
It just didn't work, restrictions are wired

The pain is all too real yet hope is near
Just catch it quickly without any fear

Dodging won't help, take it head on
If you're caught, you're caught, life goes on.

Try to stick with what you have and not hurt so much
and maybe, just maybe life won't lose its touch.
