Light Poem by Tork Souad Diana

Light

Rating: 5.0

Running down rivers
Life's endless dreams,
They're drifting by free
With the grace of a marquis.

So beautiful light
It shines so bright,
Brighter than any stars
Facing all mighty Mars.

I don't want to look
Light seems like a crook
And I'm afraid to follow
As darkness is swallowed.

Oh! great light!
You came like a knight,
My grief you'll devour
I'm afraid of your power.

Sunny days, they finally come
I won't be afraid of what I'll become
I'll find that place for which i prayed
Dreams will take me so far away...
