Light Of A Black Moon Poem by Jennifer Colyne Hall

Light Of A Black Moon

By the light of a black moon

Everyone knows it's coming

Waiting

-for the eclipse

-for darkness

to set in

No one knows why

But they all come running

To see this Moon Child

Swallowed up,

devoured.....

the moon just sits

-in silence

-waiting

For its destiny

Forever

Never ending

- I see a little peak

shining out
