Light Silenced Poem by Vadayakkandy Narayanan

Light Silenced

Rating: 5.0

In God's Own Country where beauty thrives,
A lady Dr. with dreams alive,
Her heart so pure, her spirit bright,
A beacon of hope, a guiding light.

With healing hands and caring soul,
She dedicated her life's true role,
To mend the broken, ease their pain,
A warrior against life's cruel strain.

But darkness lurked in shadows deep,
A criminal's malice, secrets to keep,
He took her life, so senselessly,
Leaving a void, a tragic legacy.

Her name forever etched in hearts,
A symbol of love that never departs,
Her kindness and compassion will live on,
In memories cherished, never gone.

A nation weeps, mourns the loss,
Of a precious life, a heavy cost,
But in our grief, let justice rise,
To ensure no more innocent demise.

May her soul find eternal peace,
As we strive for a world to release,
From the clutches of evil and despair,
Where love and harmony forever share.

Though tears may fall, and hearts may ache,
Her spirit resilient, for goodness' sake,
In her memory, let us unite,
To shine a beacon of love and light.
