Light Through The Dark Poem by ashok jadhav

Light Through The Dark

I walked through nights of endless grief,
Where shadows pressed against my chest;
The tears fell slow, the world seemed lost,
And silence robbed my soul of rest.
Yet in that dark, a whisper stirred,
A fragile glow I could not name;
It flickered where despair had slept,
A tiny spark amidst the flame.
The thorned path I had to tread
Brought lessons sharp as winter wind;
Each wound became a quiet seed,
Each loss a chance to grow within.
The morning came with trembling light,
And painted gold upon the gray;
I saw that pain, though harsh and deep,
Could shape the heart in gentlest way.
For hope is born where suffering dwells,
A fragile shoot through hardened stone;
It rises slow, it bends, it breaks,
Yet grows until it stands alone.
So now I walk with careful step,
Through sorrow's fields, through trials' rain;
For every night I have endured
Has taught my heart to bloom again.
