Like A Cardboard Cut-Out

'nobody's heart is perfect.' -Atwood, Margaret

what makes up a woman?
what makes up another woman?
what makes up the other woman?

they say it's plain curiosity because of my screwed past.
and needless to say, curiosity kills the cat.

and now i'm bleeding like hell.

'all i can hope for is a reconstruction: the way love feels is always only approximate.' -Atwood, Margaret
