Like A Sheep Poem by Denzel Odiwuor

Like A Sheep

Like a sheep, all have gone astray.
Still, He, God, bids us come.
Back to His perfect astray.
Wanting none to perish,
Left alone, to the blight of sin.
Strength is given,
To every Christian Soldier,
Who, feeling His need for The Saviour,
Who discerning his weakness and unworthiness,
Repentantly,
Humbly kneels before the throne of mercy.
In fervent prayer.
Compelled by the sinfulness of sin.
'O wretched man that I am, '
Raising his voice, in a cry.
To such,
Pardon is granted.
Joy and Peace follows.
To such,
Victory is assured, working, hand in hand with the redeemer.
For, divinity and humanity, merged, sin has no power.
