You were a starry, wondrous night
so calm and peaceful yet so bright
You were my life, you were my world, my everything
But you were gone, you faded like it was nothing
Your eyes glowed with a robin's melody
Your words splashed like a waterfall's beauty
and you would laugh as a meadow in the spring
Where are you now? You were gone like it was nothing
You'd even sleep beneath our apple tree
When you wake up, you'd pick a fruit for me
You've stood by through whirlpools, fire and everything
I can't believe your gone forever like it was nothing
