Tough on the outside
And soft on the inside
Like the coconut,
Shred the fibrous husk multiple times,
Beneath it
You would find a hard-shelled oval nut,
Think you know the capacity
Of the central cavity!
But you would never have known
The exact quantity
Of water within till you broke open
The cover by subjecting it to stress,
Only when you break the heart
You would discern the water content,
No matter the amount of stress
Few beings shed a few drops
And a few others shed a lot, lot.
