Lines Poem by Athena King

Lines

The hard line of a razor meets the soft line of skin,
A new line emerges,
This one from within.
A line of ruby red now joins a line of sparkling clear,
Lines of pain crease the lines of a face,
As the lines of a life fade away.
Line upon line it builds,
As line upon line of life blood spills.
The line of a life has just been cut,
The line of an eye falls slowly shut.

Great Job! I like how you made it dramatic and deathly and how you made some of the lines rhyme.
